UPS will obtain the adult recipient’s signature and provide you with a printed copy. Adult recipients must be at least 21
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress online at Track Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or if it remains unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
